Material: Canadian Ash finished with 100% food grade Olive Oil ,Bee wax to make it food safe (FDA approved).

Care and cleaning: Simply use a damp cloth (not wet!) to wipe after use. Do not use any cleaning products.

NOTE: This product is made from raw, natural wood, so all figures are an estimate. Each individual piece of wood is unique, and may be slightly larger, smaller, thicker, thinner, etc., and have varying grains, knots, and coloring. Your cutting board will be one of a kind!
