At Oak & Post, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping and returns policy below:

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. For orders outside of North America, please contact us at mark@oakandpost.com for shipping rates and availability prior to placing your order.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, it will ship within 1-2 weeks.
  • US Orders: Please note that orders shipping to the United States may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
  • Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Oak & Post purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Return Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they arrive in good condition.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: Oak & Post is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return.
  • Contact for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us at mark@oakandpost.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders ,custom size, colour or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products.)
